Follow these steps to access and complete your video consultation:
Step 1: Log in to Your Account
Log in to your RocketRX account. Once logged in, click ‘Account’ in the top right corner to access your Account Dashboard.
Step 2: Choose How You’d Like to Connect

Click ‘Book a Call’ to schedule a video consultation at a time that works for you.

Or, check ‘Order History’ to see if the Waiting Room option is available for same-day consultation with a licensed prescriber in your state.
Step 3: Select ‘Manage My AV Call’
In the Order History section, click ‘Manage My AV Call’ to move forward with your consultation.
Step 4: Join the Waiting Room (If Available)
If the Waiting Room is open:

You’ll see the option to ‘Join the Waiting Room’.

Make sure you’re using a device with a working microphone and camera (laptop, smartphone, etc.).

You’ll be prompted to test your audio and video—make sure both are functioning properly.

Once confirmed, you’ll enter the queue to speak with the next available prescriber via secure video

call.
Video Consultation Troubleshooting
✅ Camera or Microphone Not Working?

Check that your browser has permission to access your camera and mic.
(Settings > Privacy > Camera & Microphone) -
Restart your device or try using another one.
✅ Can’t Join the Call?

Ensure you're using a strong internet connection.

Use a compatible browser like Google Chrome or Safari.
