How to Upload an ID / Selfie.

To help keep your information secure, RocketRX uses two-step identity verification:

✅ Upload a government-issued photo ID
✅ Upload a current selfie for cross-verification

Follow the steps below to complete the upload process!

Step 1: Upload Your Photo ID

1. Click the secure upload link here.

2. If prompted, log into your RocketRX account.

3. Click ‘Upload Photo’ to open your computer or phone files. [Image A]

4. Find and select the photo of your ID.

Before you submit, double-check that:

• 📸 The photo is clear — not dark or blurry.

• 🧾 All four corners of the ID are fully visible.

• 🚫 Nothing is covering any part of the ID.

Once everything looks good, click ‘Confirm and Continue’.

✅ Your ID upload is now complete!

• If you were only asked to update your ID, you’re done — you can close the page.

• If you're placing a first-time order or updating your selfie, continue to the next steps.

Step 2: Upload Your Selfie

1. Make sure your selfie meets these guidelines:

   • 😊 Your face is clearly visible.

   • 👋 Your upper torso is visible, and one arm is raised (like you’re waving hello).

   • 🔆 The photo is bright and clear, not dark or blurry.

2. Click ‘Upload Photo’ again and select your selfie file.

Step 3: Confirmation

• If you're automatically taken back to your consultation or ordering screen (for example, for Albuterol), that means your upload was successful! 🎉

• If you see an error after uploading — don’t worry. Your upload was still received.
  We’ll contact you if anything else is needed to complete your order.

Helpful Tips:

• Double-check that your camera lens is clean! 📷

• Use natural lighting if possible for the clearest photo. 🌞

• If using a phone, hold it steady or prop it against something solid. 📱
