What is your return and refund policy?

For reasons of safety, we cannot allow medicines to be returned once they have left the pharmacy. The pharmacy is not able to use returned medicines. If you have unwanted medicine, please take it to a local pharmacy for safe disposal.

For orders that are to be shipped by post, you can cancel an order for medicines up until the point when your medicine is prescribed. You can contact our Customer Care Team using our Contact Form in order to do this.
