What Am I Actually Paying For?

Your consultation is free. If a licensed prescriber issues a prescription, there is no separate charge for the prescription.

You only pay for:

  • The medication.

  • Delivery of the medication.

When Am I Charged?

Payment is taken when you place your order, before the clinical team reviews your consultation.

Paying for an order does not mean that treatment has been approved. If your order is not approved, you will be refunded in full.

What Will the Charge Look Like on My Bank Statement?

RocketRx handles charges discreetly. Your bank statement will not reveal what medication or treatment you purchased.

We will also not contact your family doctor about your order.

Why Was I Charged After Cancelling My Subscription?

Subscription refills are scheduled in advance.

To prevent your next refill from being processed, your cancellation request must reach us at least 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment date.

If you cancel less than 48 hours before the scheduled shipment date:

  • The upcoming refill will already have been set in motion.

  • The refill will still be charged.

  • No further subscription orders will be taken after that refill.

If you believe you cancelled at least 48 hours before your scheduled shipment date, contact our Customer Care and provide your order reference number. Customer Care can review the timing of your cancellation and charge.

Why Has the Price Changed Since My Last Order?

A later order or subscription refill may cost more than your first RocketRx order if a discount or account credit applied to the original purchase.

Promotional Codes

Promotional codes apply to an initial order and do not apply to automatic subscription refills.

This means a subscription refill is billed at the standard price and may cost more than your first order.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept credit and debit cards issued by US banks, including:

  • Visa.

  • Mastercard.

  • American Express.

We do not accept PayPal.
