We aim to respond to all initial inquiries within 1 working days, however all urgent requests will be handled with priority and updated as quickly as possible.

Submit a Complaint

Rocket Rx has a written complaints policy and procedure.

We aim to acknowledge all formal written complaints within two working days of receiving them and to respond to all formal written complaints within five working days of receiving them.
