How Do I Unsubscribe From Marketing Emails?
You can unsubscribe from RocketRx marketing emails at any time.
To unsubscribe yourself:
Open any RocketRx marketing email you have received.
Scroll to the bottom of the email.
Select the unsubscribe link.
Follow the instructions provided to complete the unsubscribe request.
How Do I Stop Marketing Emails and Text Messages?
If you would prefer RocketRx to unsubscribe you, contact Customer Care.
Customer Care can unsubscribe you from:
Marketing emails.
Marketing text messages.
Will I Still Receive Order Emails After Unsubscribing?
Yes, unsubscribing from marketing emails does not stop communications related to your actual orders.
You will still receive messages such as:
Order confirmations.
Dispatch notifications.
Tracking updates.
Reorder reminders.
These messages are not marketing emails and do not include an unsubscribe link.
Does Unsubscribing From Marketing Cancel My Subscription?
